Purpose of processing: Receipt, admissibility assessment and conduct of the out-of-court dispute settlement procedure under Article 21 DSA, including forwarding the complaint to the online platform concerned.
Data collected: The information you submit through the online form (identification and contact details, case description and attached documents), and the information submitted by the platform during the procedure.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent through submission of the form) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in conducting the procedure).
Recipients: The platform concerned (to provide its observations), the Body's decision-makers and, where required by law, the Digital Services Coordinator (EETT). Data is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention: Case data is retained for as long as necessary for the procedure and the Body's statutory record-keeping obligations, and is subsequently deleted or anonymised.
Security: Data is hosted on servers within the EU, with encrypted transmission (TLS), role-based access rights and daily backups.
